Aspen Industries Inc. provides a 12-month warranty for fire pit safety screens and fire grates to the original owner, covering breakage not caused by mishandling or abuse. Shipping costs are not included, and paint is not covered—fading or discoloration may occur depending on materials burned. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Normal wear, scratches, or exposed metal that lead to rust or color changes are not covered. If your product arrives damaged or appears defective, contact us with photos of the damage and packaging. If approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a store credit refund.
Damaged Freight
If your order is delivered by FedEx or UPS Ground and arrives damaged, email us right away—we’ll send a replacement and handle the claim. For larger items shipped on a pallet via a freight company, please inspect the package before signing anything. If you notice any damage, do not sign—refuse the delivery and call us immediately. All packages are marked with stickers to remind you. Once you sign, you’re confirming the item arrived in good condition.Â
