Assembly can take as little as a day depending on how much help you have. The kits are shipped as panels that are pre-assembled, primed, and ready for painting with the color of your choice. The structure is very durable with a strong frame and weight. It is capable of withstanding any weather condition. Additionally, it has 6 windows with tempered safety glass. You can access the structure comfortably through two doors - one door is suitable for kids while the other is suitable for adults and is located on the back side.

We highly encourage you to have 2-3 people ready on the day of the delivery to manually unload the pieces on the pallet one by one. Each individual piece would weigh around 1-100 lbs. so it is manageable to have one person on the trailer carry down the piece and the other receive it from the curb. - If you will be preparing a cement/concrete slab, it would have to be exactly the same size as the unit. If the concrete slab is larger then you would have to trim the 3” skirting that falls below the bottom plate that is designed to wrap around the flooring.
(If you are using a slab as the floor then it needs to be the exact size of the building. If it's used as a foundation, then you can have it in any size.)

What sizes can I choose for the Little Cottage Chapel Playhouse?

How long does it take to get to me?
Plan on 2–4 weeks for production, then about 2–9 days in transit. It ships from Ohio.
What happens on delivery day?
It’s curbside delivery. Have a forklift ready or 2–3 people to unload. Parts come on a pallet and individual pieces can be roughly 1–100 lbs.
Is this a panelized kit or a “cut everything myself” build?
It’s panelized with pre-cut sections. The wall panels arrive pre-assembled with the siding already fastened on, so you’re building from panels—not raw lumber.
How fast can it be assembled?
With enough help, assembly can take as little as a day.
What’s included in the floor kit?
A floor kit is included with 5/8" plywood flooring and treated sub-floor framing.
If I add the Deck & Rail option, do I need anything extra?
Yes—when adding the Deck & Rail option, you’ll supply 4×4 runners underneath the playhouse.
What are the door sizes?
You get two doors: a child door (20" Ă— 40") and an adult door (34" Ă— 61.5") located on the back side.
How tall is it inside?
Inside height is 82" across the sizes.
What are the outside dimensions?
Outside width (facing the child’s door) is 8′ 1". Outside depth is 8′ 1" on 8×8 and 8×10, and 12′ 1" on 8×12. Outside height is 94.5" (about 98" with 4×4 runners).
What windows does it come with?
It has sliding windows and uses tempered safety glass—so you get plenty of light and airflow while keeping it sturdy for kids.
What is the steeple height?
The steeple is 4′ 8" high.
Is it ready to paint?
Yes. It uses LP SmartSide® siding that comes primed and ready for paint.
What do I need to buy locally?
You’ll supply shingles, drip edge, and paint.
Can I place it on a concrete slab?
Yes. If you’re using a slab, make it the exact same size as the playhouse. If the slab is bigger, the 3" skirting below the bottom plate may need trimming.
